What should we do to be strong in the Lord Jesus Christ?

Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

How to be strengthened in God's power?

The Triune God empowers all believers (Ephesians 3:14-17).The Apostle Paul prayed for the Ephesians several times throughout his letter to them. In these verses, he reports about one of his prayers said on their behalf. Specifically, he prayed for them to be empowered by God.

Why should we be happy always? How can we be happy?

A choice that I make, over and over in life. A choice that I am not able to make in my own strength, but that I can make using the power of the Holy Spirit. Again, the Bible says: He who heeds the word wisely will find good, and whoever trusts in the Lord, happy is he. Proverbs 16:20.

Strongholds in the Bible were also defined as castles or fortresses used as safe places during war. When David became king, he captured the fortress of Zion, which became known as the city of David. He lived in the fortress and built the city of David around it, strengthening the city with walls and terraces.

Christs relation to His people is often represented by the figure of a shepherd ( John 10:14, Hebrews 13:20, 1 Peter 2:25, 5:4 ), and therefore the opinion that He is the Lord here so described, and in Genesis 48:15, Psalms 80:1, Isaiah 40:11, is not without some good reason.
